All In Aviation is much more than a flight school. They're partner you can turn to as your aviation needs evolve, from your very first flight through the most advanced pilot certifications. They offer primary and advanced flight training in Cirrus and Cessna aircraft as well as transition training for students who are wanting to fly a more technologically advanced aircraft.Paul Sallach is President of All In Aviation. Paul began his aviation career at the University of North Dakota where he graduated with a degree in commercial aviation.  In 2009, Paul and his family relocated to Las Vegas where he started selling pre-owned aircraft with Lone Mountain Aircraft Sales. Paul has since been involved in over 650 aircraft transactions and remains active as an aircraft sales broker, and in June of 2016 launched All In Aviation. In 2017, the Sallachs began working on a 5 acre, 26 hangar development at Henderson Executive Airport which opened in 2020. This new facility brought to Henderson it’s first pilot shop.
