You can find the location and parking details below or click HERE for a printer-friendly version of this information.Since we’re worshiping on the campus of UCI we are setting aside time to pray for UCI students, led by Pastor Chad Brewer the RUF minister at UCI, and to pray for UCI faculty and staff, led by Dr. Dave Reinkensmeyer, UCI professor of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering. UCI is of tremendous cultural importance not only to Orange County, but truly to the world. As Christians it can be confusing and difficult to know how we are to relate to such powerful cultural institutions. We know they do much good for the world, but they also advance many ideas that directly oppose morals and beliefs we hold dear. What are we to do? Jeremiah 29:1-14 will help us. In preparation for the sermon, pray through this passage and ask yourself, “What kind of posture did God want his people to have towards the Babylonian culture?”I am so looking forward to worshiping together this Sunday.See you all at UCI at 10am.Pastor David
