We first visited Whistler the summer of ‘07. At the time, we had no idea what we were in for. Summer is beautiful in British Columbia! The weather was perfect. We immediately fell in love with Whistler Village which is home to countless bars, restaurants, and shops. Even though it was summer, the village was full of energy. From hiking to four-wheeling through and biking down the mountains, Whistler has it all. The highlight was skiing on the glacier on July 4th! Heading up 3 separate lifts in 75 degree weather to find yourself atop a beautiful glacier was awesome. We all loved Whistler so much that it has become our winter ski destination of choice seven times since our summer there. The skiing is unmatched, but there is so much more. The food and fun is endless!
