Listen "Where Faith and Grief Collide: We’re Not Meant to Grieve Alone"
Episode Synopsis
When faith is in full flower, we trust in something outside of ourselves even when the ground is shaking. When life is good, I still brace for impact waiting for the other shoe to drop. It’s leftover trauma from my stroke and lingers quietly. We often overlook the courage it takes to just show up for life each day. Emotional strength is so fragile, and building back momentum in grief takes everything we’ve got.We weren’t meant to carry sorrow alone. When we share the weight and allow joy to walk beside the pain, we regain momentum more easily. We long to be part of each other’s healing yet struggle to invite others to be a part of our own. Faith can take root in simple gestures, like a hand placed on your shoulder. Together, even in the harshest seasons, joy can bloom in the most unlikely soil.Listen and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts and YouTube.
