Listen "Loving When It Hurts"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Rachel shares about her experiences with the vulnerabilities of love. Loving a partner, loving our jobs, and and loving the sick and suffering in our lives can be terribly painful when life introduces change. When relationships end and life events inevitably occur, our vulnerability can leave us feeling more pain than we would have had we not cultivated love along the way.
Rachel talks about being grateful in sobriety for the ability to feel real emotions and process them. As she prepared for this podcast, a very special person dropped right back into her life as she wrote down the very last line of her episode script.
The gifts that are given to us when we just simply show up for life are awe-inspiring.
