Listen "Admitting You're Wrong"
Episode Synopsis
It takes guts to admit, "It's not you, it's me." Rachel shares in this episode how her sobriety program helped her to get more and more comfortable admitting her wrongs. She says its not about pointing out your failures, it about taking ownership where you were wrong so that you can take ownership of the growth and successes that come from them later.
Consider the idea that people that have difficulty admitting their wrongs also have difficulty with change. Our brains find creative ways to escape from the potential pain and loss from both being wrong and from change.
