Kim Land is  a city girl, a south side of Chicago native currently residing in the "almost woods" of Alaska fighting bears and moose off her deck every day and courageously braving the sub zero temps, 2-foot snowfalls and long dark winters. She is an Occupational Therapist and has been investing in real estate since 2003.
