Episode 10:In this Video we go over some very effective complementary meditation exercises that can be used to induce states of stillness, silence and dissolution of the mind. They are effective as long as they are practiced. Ideal form of mind dissolution is the mind observation self inquiry type of meditation using the mind to dissolve in on itself. These meditations still have a subject and object which are part of the illusory nature of reality therefore be conscious of this aspect but they can be a great tool to realizing the self. What we focus upon we become. The average attention span is very low these practices will help increase this, as an amount of concentration is needed to realize the self as well as having mystical like experience in which anyone can do and we will go over in the videos ahead.
