Episode 18:In this video we go over one of the most important blood parameters to aid in the realization of the self. Too high or too low of this nutrient can make it more difficult to realize the self. Exercise is also an important role in helping let go and move the emotional energy out of the body. As far as diet, processed foods are very destructive and help to impede the realization of the self. Eating whole, unprocessed foods, not too much meat, not too much sugar can help in the realization of the self. Too much sugar causes an addictive response in the body where the body starts to crave that feeling thus disrupting the stillness within. Ketosis and fast are also great ways to accelerate the realization of the self as indicated by slowing down brain waves into meditative type of states. Also very very important to avoid caffeine the most consumed drug in the world. alcohol, and nicotine as well as onions and garlic to ensure a quick path to self realization. All these foods have been shown in the laboratory to increase beta brain wave states and decrease alpha, theta and delta brain wave states which in not ideal in the realization of the self. Once the self has been realized to a larger extent then the destructive aspect is not as prominent and one can eat almost whatever they want but still there will health destructive consequences. Whatever you choose to do, ensure to REALIZE THE SELF!
