Episode Synopsis
Episode 17 of Real Talk with @butyoudontlooksickofficial and @shegotthepink

We talk about the importance of creating a social media community that vibes with your views and restrict posts that cause negative emotions. Therapy isn't a one size fits all approach, and it can take a while to find the right therapist/technique for you.
