When Amy Burke  joined Vhi, one of the first things that struck her was the ‘gorgeous’ company culture and unwavering dedication to customers. But Amy could also see huge potential to further define and build on this culture, and to celebrate it. And so began Vhi’s culture change journey – a group-wide process involving all colleagues coming together to define what being  part of Vhi means, and creating a refreshed set of values and a clear purpose around that identity. On this episode of Real Talk: Voice of Colleagues we bring you behind the scenes of Vhi’s culture change journey.
