Colleagues choose to work in certain careers for a variety of reasons, but studies show that it’s a family member or friend that steers us towards a particular company. In this episode of Real Talk – Voice of colleagues we meet two Vhi colleagues who were inspired to join the healthcare industry by a family member. Alan McDarby, Credit Management Operations Manager and Shivank Sabharwall, Business graduate, talk about how a parent ultimately led to their decision to work in Vhi and they also share their thoughts about the refreshed company values and the impact they are having on colleagues. Alan also talks about the lessons he has learned about culture, team work and people leadership during his 13-year journey with the company. And Shivank gives an insight into what it’s like to be a part of Vhi’s Graduate Programme.
