They say one of the hardest things about starting a podcast is deciding on a Name for it. I decided to go in another direction so at the time of this recording I was using the name "Let's Go Running" I think I will change it to "Real Talk Running". In this episode, I go over why I started running and my journey up till I started training for my marathon.
