In this episode I will be chatting to Julie Rees…Julie Rees is passionate about enabling people to flourish. Throughout her teaching career, Julie has always invested time into developing people, whether they are students or staff. After 18 years of headship, Julie wanted to use her leadership experience to qualify as a CTI certified coach and currently enjoys working with leaders in both corporate and public sectors. Inspired by role models who want to make a positive difference to the lives and experiences of our younger generations, Julie continues to learn from others. She knows how to embrace purposeful change and can provide the right level of support, and challenge, in her coaching to empower leaders to make the change they want to see.
