In this episode I will be chatting to Kate Smith…Kate is a compassionate leader and former Primary Headteacher who is dedicated to the development of an #ethicalcurriculum: a curriculum that interweaves relevant moral and social themes such as equity & diversity, global citizenship and sustainable living into the education system. Kate currently leads the HeadsUp4HTs Network, national network for Headteachers, past, present and future. The community provides wellbeing and emotional support to leaders to ensure they thrive and flourish; both in the education system and beyond.Her vision is to empower others to create a kinder, more sustainable world through ethical leadership and education.
