Steph and Vanessa love it when someone gives them an entirely new perspective on a topic. Jessica Richer did just that. 
Jessica joined the pod to talk about competing as a cage fighter, owning a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym, and being a mom of 2. Mixed martial arts (MMA) is, no doubt, a physical feat. Jessica reminds us that size and strength are a factor but this sport is truly a battle of technique and problem solving. She has a beautiful approach to life’s situations, many of which she learned at the gym or on the mat. 
Also, Jessica is a poet, does she even know it?! She is full of wonderful thoughts and messages. Steph was loving this convo and eagerly wrote down many of her wisdoms and quotes.
