Dr Daniel Shayesteh [Shaw-yes-tah] was a teacher of Islamic philosophy and a member of the Iranian Revolutionary Army in the 1970’s - closely supporting the Ayatollah Khomeini. But after falling out of favour with Khomeini’s political group in Iran, he escaped to Turkey where he began his journey to faith in Christ. Daniel is the founder of the Exodus From Darkness ministry.
