Blake is a buy and holds real estate investor who has 11 properties that are a mix of short term and long term rentals and that he has acquired mostly executing the BRRRR strategy. He now focuses on investing in multifamily apartments with his team Growth Vue Properties who utilize the same BRRRR strategy, but with 100 unit apartment complexes, and also donate a percentage of all their profits to various charities like those supporting homeless veterans and ending human trafficking. He is also an active duty Air Force contracting officer.
