We admit to having nicknames for each other that aren't so nice and then discuss how weird some nicknames are that come from certain names. We talk all about our process for an open house and discuss the benefits of hosting them. Chad doesn't think they sell houses and Annie explains how they are beneficial for meeting new clients (if you have the skill of reading the room). We also talk about the benefits of signs in the yard at your listings and reveal that we have new signs coming soon! Last, we talk about our mail issues.
