Festivities would last a week, sometimes up to 2 weeks. Closely associated with the Herodians, rejected the traditions of the Pharisees.##### IV. The Great Commandment- Scribes - Lawyers - professional scholars of the OT law. Often worked a trade. Developed a body of teaching called the "tradition of the elders". Affiliated with the Pharisees. ##### V. Jesus asks a question- Son of David and Psalm 110. - "Teacher"##### TruthChrist is wise.
