Episode Synopsis "Photos & Basic Inspections "
This podcast focuses of downgrading all non-running items from Full to photos & Basic Inspections. See the note below from the QC management team. Note from manager of the QC Team: Can you remind your teams that there is no need to do full inspections on non-running machines unless the seller is adamite to proceed this way. If that’s the case that needs to be communicated to the liaison so they can add that info to the notes. Please have them check with the POC and if they are selling as-is please downgrade if the seller is not going to repair. This is a huge task for the QC team to clean up a non-running machine completed as a full inspection or to downgrade full inspection to a P&B. As well as a waste of the inspectors time. We are noticing a big increase with staff & contract inspectors but mainly contract inspectors.
