Episode Synopsis
On today's conversation starter, we are discussing letting out what you witness. A week or so ago, I witnessed a disturbing event and it left me reeling long after the incident was over. (For those events that are traumatizing, meaning you witness a disturbing event and it effects your daily functioning, a professional is needed. ) Your actionable step is to find a go to person that you have on speed dial when you witness these types of events.
