Scott Tharp has served as President & CEO of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education since 2007. The organization  has been considered the "Gold Standard" in building an inner-city youth hockey program to underprivileged individuals.    The Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education serves children 5-18 yeas of age with a Learn to Skate program and has expanded their outreach with life skills and educational support all centered around the game of hockey.   Tharp's influence currently has more than 1,500 kids in the program with hundreds of volunteers.
