o9TG Training Tip: Senior officers need to step it up. As a young officer I learned from my senior officers with one classic response Yes Sir! Today because of the high liabilaty senior officers don't really want to get involved, killing mentorship. The one thing that can not be shown or trained on is experience that is a lived experience from the school of hard knocks. What better teacher than a senior officers that has the t-shirt.
