Sreekanth Raghunath, born and bred in India, studied #Sanskrit and traditional Indian philosophical and spiritual texts in his formative years.  
Dan Alder teaches #yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings. 
His main interest is The Yoga #Sūtras of #Patañjali, and therefore #meditation, but also loves the practices of body and breath.
