Episode Synopsis
I’ve started a series called #FoodocracyIndia which is aimed at giving a shoutout to eateries across India that we love. I use Instagram lives to make it an audio video podcast and have now figured out using google how to convert into an audio podcast. This is the first that I did. It’s on Prakash, a heritage Maharashtrian eatery in Dadar, Mumbai. The series is about food memories and personal narratives and I hope you join me on the ride. Please bear with me at the parts where I am referring to pictures I was showing from my blog which you can’t see of course. It’s self recorded in my studio with no editing barring the music track.
