Prahlad maharaja offered his wonderful prayers, after hearing transcendental knowledge from Narada Muni, he told Narasimha Dev, that “who else can I serve my beloved Guru Maharaj and through his Guru Maharaj, he was serving all living beings.” Lord Narasimha Dev, he offered Prahlad any benediction. Prahlad Maharaj, he said, “If I ask anything from you, then I'm not your devotee. then I'm just doing business with you. I only want that there be no material desires, no egoism or selfishness to the very core of my heart, because then, pure love, pure devotion can shine through me.” When a devotee asks for no material desires, it's because he wants nothing to obstruct his humble selfless love from shining. Lord Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, in his beautiful sikshashtakam, he revealed the heart of Prahlad and all the great mahajans and the aspiration of every true devotee.
