Summary: I have been Car Free for about eight years now, and at this point I cannot imagine purchasing a vehicle simply to have a vehicle. Awful ride share business models, rentals, public transit, bicycles and bike-share if you can get it, and walking are all there for me, and for you to whatever degree where you are, so here is my occasional update on why I remain free of car.
