There is no law, which states that you must always be in a network of people, even if they are destructive and a threat to your growth because you grew up together. Or, you have years of friendships and great memories together. For me that is a formula for disaster. I used to think this way but I am here to challenge you to know that you can choose to move away from those types of toxic relationships.

Years of friendships and great memories do not justify being in a toxic relationship. You must start learning to move away from such network of people. You do not need that to be validated.

There is no amount of time of knowing me, which gives anyone the right to destroy me. I am sorry, but if I find myself in a toxic network, I have to recreate my network and so should you! No one should have that kind of power over you. Remember "CHANGE" is the only constant in life. It happens even when we don't want it to, so why not be intentional about the changes you have control over, like changing your network?

Find people with similar mindset and as they enrich you, you also do the same.
