Listen "SLEEP, INTERRUPTED."
Episode Synopsis
Poor sleep is a globally widespread problem which can be attributed to a whole host of prevailing attitudes about sleep not to mention the impact that all our tech paraphernalia has on our circadian rhythm. In this episode, we'll look at some of the factors and why there's little being done to meaningfully help improve our collective lack sleep. We'll also take a sneak peek at how differently some of our ancestors once slept and how this might have left a residual imprint on some of us today.
