Join us as Ellie shares her own mental health journey and how it has put her on a path to help others facing similar battles. Her advice for young people and people of all ages who are struggling with mental health issues is incredibly powerful. While this is a little outside of our normal realm of guests, we feel that Ellie’s advice is equally important for people and families facing pancreatic cancer and the mental strain that comes with it.

As a warning, this episode contains some references to alcohol and drugs as both were a part of the journey that eventually led to sobriety and finding a way past these vices.
