Known by her moniker Flex Mama, Lillian Ahenkhan is the type of woman we all want at our dinner party. Starting out as DJ and MTV presenter, she’s now channelled her colourful style and thought-provoking philosophies into a fully-fledged empire — complete with a book, self-development boardgame and multiple podcasts! Flex also repped as Mrs Claus this year, as part of the Body Shops' game-changing campaign. I loved chatting to Flex about how being a DJ has made her a homebody, how she makes time and space for deep thought, the importance of facilitating your own nut — both literally and metaphorically — and so much more!
