Often, we don’t start placing an emphasis on them until we begin to experience problems with our pelvic health.In this episode, I’m chatting about an upcoming 30 day pelvic floor challenge that I would love for you to join me in. Inside FitNest Mama starting the 1st week of March for the whole month, a daily email will be sent out with daily pelvic floor exercises. They’ll get harder as the month progresses to challenge you and will include a variety of different positions. I’ll run you through a set of exercises in the episode to show you what you can expect. The challenge will help safeguard you against future pelvic floor issues, such as urine leaking, faeces leaking, flatulence, and pelvic organ prolapse.
