Boyer: social studies teacher, member of the Tredyffrin/Easttown School Board, President of the West Chester NAACP, and Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania's 19th State Senate district. In this discussion, we dive into the racial issues surrounding losses in union membership and provides a firsthand perspective of the benefits of unions.
