Chikyo Ewan Magie is a Soto Zen Priest, training under the supervision of his teacher, Rev. Nomon Tim Burnett, Guiding Teacher at Red Cedar Zen Center located in Bellingham, WA .He has practiced Buddhism for for decades, including residential practice periods, and has served as a key member of the Seattle Soto Zen Center for many years. He is currently a Professor of English at Morgan Community College in Fort Morgan, Colorado and participates as an active priest with Prairie Mountain Zen Center.
