Laurel Denyer (she/her) is a fourth-year Global Disease Biology major with minors in Public Health Sciences and Geographic Studies. Her practicum project title is "Nutrition Disclosure Completeness of Online Grocery Websites." It is an exploratory look into online grocery websites' compliance in disclosing accessible nutrition information. Her mentor is Dr. Jennifer Falbe of the Falbe Lab in the Department of Human Ecology.
