Not only did he provide genetics and consultation on the venture, but he also worked alongside his Russian partners and employees as they developed a 7500 head ranch within a few short years.While in Russia, Darrell learned much about the Russian culture, and he saw first-hand the early escalation of the Russia-Ukraine war, as his ranch was 2 hours east of the Ukranian border.Darrell will share the fascinating story of building a business in Russia, plus share his unique perspectives on the cultural challenges that are being brought to the forefront today.
