This week we are lucky enough to be joined by Ian Jnr, after hearing his Dads story a few weeks back I wanted to speak to Ian to drive deeper into his story in property. Ian talks over how he has gone from doing property on the side when he was a fireman to building a Rent to Rent business of 30 units across Essex. Ian describes how when his back is against the wall and you have to listen to your gut thats often the times when you perform to the best of your ability. As we head into Q2 of 2025 Ian see's now as a great time to get going, with so many opportunities presently out there for us investors/developers to find. 'Set out your goals and set out the rules'' then follow the process.
