So this week we were lucky enough to have Benjamin Lawrence reach out and join us to talk over his experiences as a property manager..we trade stories of tenants and get a management agents point of view rather than the bias of the landlord, an interesting insight from the ''other side'' How agents have to manage both the expectations of both the tenant and the landlord, you hear tails of landlords who have tried to do repairs themselves just to save in the sort term. A story of one rogue landlord fixing his roof with vinyl flooring will be discussed. It was good to hear that the gao is being shorten and the standard of landlord is rapidly improving with more professional landlord coming into the market.
