Good evening, another week has passed us by and this week we see a very administrative week but a positive week because of the systems and structures we have put in place over the past seven monthsAnyone who has followed our journey will hear how I wish I had spent more time at the beginning getting those systems in place early on.SEVEN OFFERS all submitted this week for our clients on off market property opportunities..... the refurb project is pushing forward extremely well and we are keen to get this property wrapped up and sold in the next couple of months...We have also put two other off market properties on market that we have achieved planning on... so to sum up even the admin weeks can be positive until next week best regards
