Today is Day 3 of my strategic planning weekend and I spent some
time reading, digging into podcast analytics and reminiscing about times where
I’ve done this exercise for other companies. And, you know what, I’ve had some
really, really horrible bosses in my career.
Within I share a story about one of the worst I ever had …someone
my hubsters still refers to as the ‘used car sales guy’ and the way he treated
me vs. younger females and men. And, upon this reflection, I really remember
why I strive to be a much better leader each and every day…because I would
never want someone to feel the way that this ‘sales guy’ made me feel.
