In the first 'proper' episode of Posture-lating, Posture Ellie talks you through how she came to create her business; from a childhood of inconsistent movement and weight fluctuations, to a turbulent young adulthood of disconnection, despair and depression, to finding a love for yoga which finally concreted a consistent movement practice, to the mindset changes that slowly occurred from finding a consistent movement practice and the business that eventually emerged from those crucial mindset changes.
