Episode Synopsis "Seeking Abundance with Simone Askew - Ep 8"

In this episode of Podheriya, Akanksha speaks with Simone Askew, first lieutenant in the United States Army and the first African American woman to earn the role of First Captain at the United States Military Academy, the highest ranking position amongst the Corps of Cadets. Additionally, Simone graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in International History and a minor in Environmental Engineering, and was named by Glamour magazine as one of the top 10 College Women of the Year. She was granted a Rhodes Scholar in 2017 and earned a master of science with merit in refugee and forced migration studies from Oxford University in 2019, and is currently pursuing a master of public policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at University of Oxford.
