CST or Childhood Sexual Trauma group is a group that offers an easy first steps to understanding the resulting fallout from sexual abuse.  Whether you are directly or indirectly affected, this group is for you.  You do not need to share your story or your name with the group when you attend.  This is a classroom style, informational group led by experts in mental health, addiction, and counseling.
