Episode Synopsis "Being a Morning Person, Life is a Personal experience, Your Time is Yours So Live that Way "
In today’s episode I talk about my love for mornings and the childhood experience that nurtured that love for me. Additionally I speak about the importance of life being perceived as a personal experience and allowing your self to view it as such. I then transition to the idea of time and the wasting of time. I try to encourage the listener to make time management personal and to go with the flow until your personal goals don’t permit you to.
