Carrie Rich is the founder and CEO of The Global Good Fund, a nonprofit organization committed to accelerating positive social change by equipping leaders by investing in them through one on one mentorship fellow program.
Becoming a CEO of a nonprofit was a very organic path for Carrie. She wasn't trying to create a non-profit but the opportunity came to her and she TOOK IT!

Carrie and I both believe that PEOPLE are worth investing in. Every person matters and when we take the time, energy and resources to invest in one another amazing things happen! Mentorship matters, not only to the mentor and the mentee, but also to countless others who will be positively impacted by those relationships.
Through Carrie's own mentor relationship with Knox Singleton, they co-authored a BOOK!
Carrie shares her journey from intern to CEO with laughter and honesty. It has been a great deal of hard work, however the Global Good Fund is celebrating in 2023 after 10 years of investing in people to provide solutions to the problems of the world.
