The first episode of the Peachy Koi podcast starts our journey into Japanese mythology by exploring the birth of the country. The story starts with the appearance of the world and the gods and then shifts to follow the story of Izanagi and Izanami as they work to make Japan a prosperous country. Included below is a list of names of Gods and Japanese terms that have appeared in this podcast as well as references to the works that I used to help make this podcast available to you.
