In this episode, I have the privilege to speak with Matthew Headden. Matthew is a transformation coach, speaker, positive influencer, Veteran, and recovered addict.  He has also given himself the title of Professional Hypocrite because of how he used to live.  He is now focused on being the man God designed him to be and help others find their design as well. Matthew and I dig in to tactics to create better habits.
