We start with a question, "do you talk to yourself?" 
The natural and immediate answer in most of us is a loud, no! Because we associate talking to ourselves or "kujiongelesha" as being mentally unstable. 
So let us start with a more specific question. 
It's a lazy morning. You have been lying in bed for some time (it could be minutes or hours depending on your life). And then you get to a point and said, quietly, silently, in your mind – to yourself – "I think I will get out of bed now?" Have you ever had that experience?
