Listen "Choosing and implementing technology and conditioning principles in the NBA with Xavi Schelling (Director of Sports Science & Performance at San Antonio Spurs)"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to the Director of Sports Science & Performance at San Antonio Spurs, Xavi Schelling. Xavi has been on my hit list for a long time so I was delighted when he said he would be happy to come on the podcast. Xavi's work on HIIT via his chapter in HIIT Science and his research detailing the integration of sports technology has been superb so it is these two topics that we focus on in this episode. Xavi is doing great work in San Antonio and to get someone on the podcast with his experience in basketball was an absolute honour.
If you enjoyed this episode with Xavi Schelling, you may enjoy these with Matthew Varley and Stu Cormack.
